Revenue 500™ Affiliate Network is dedicated to making affiliate marketing a safe, reliable and successful means of doing business. We do not tolerate any fraudulent, misleading or abusive activities. Therefore, the following Affiliate Code of Conduct must be observed by all Revenue 500™ Affiliates at all times.

If you are aware of any alleged violations of this Code of Conduct by any Revenue 500™ Affiliate, you are encouraged to immediately contact us at Abuse@Revenue500.com.

Any violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate and/or permanent suspension of an Affiliate and the withholding of any ill-gotten gains, in addition to any other rights or remedies which Revenue 500™ may have. Misleading offers. Affiliates may not represent any offer in a deceptive, misleading or unfair manner. By way of example, Affiliates may not: state that an offer is ..free.., at ..no cost.. or use similar phrases when there is a cost to the consumer, such as, marketing ringtones as free or no cost when in fact the consumer must make a purchase in order to obtain the ringtones.

Claim that a service or product can do more than it promises, such as, marketing debt consolidation offers as fixing your credit or eliminating debt without paying a portion back.

Sub-affiliates. Affiliates may not engage or permit any affiliates, sub-affiliates, resellers or advertising networks to promote or distribute a Revenue 500™ offer unless you have an enforceable contract with such party that contains prohibitions substantially similar to those set forth in this Code of Conduct and such contract has been approved in advance in writing by Revenue 500™.

Third Party Services. Affiliates may not violate the terms and conditions or guidelines of any third party services. This includes the posting of advertisements within user generated content (UGC) sites without prior approval from the site or using a site for commercial purposes when such use is expressly forbidden by the site. Examples include, but are not limited to, the posting of comments on user profiles on popular social media sites such as MySpace and Facebook.

Sweepstakes. You may not use Revenue 500™ offers in connection with sweepstakes, contests or incentive programs without the prior written consent of Revenue 500™ Affiliate Network LLC.

Laws. Affiliates must comply with all laws of the locality in which they are located and in which the offers are being promoted. Without exception, Affiliates in the United States must comply the CAN SPAM Act of 2003, Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission Act and all rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission and all applicable state laws.

Spyware. Affiliates may not use spyware, adware or malware in connection with the promotion or distribution of any Revenue 500™ offers.

Content. You may not post any offers with or one click away from content that is obscene, vulgar, pornographic, abusive, hateful, inflammatory, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; is being used to harass, stalk or otherwise threaten a person; libelous, defamatory or invades any privacy or publicity rights of any third party; promotes violence, firearms, alcohol or tobacco; is deceptive or misleading; infringes or violates any copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, trade secret, confidentiality rights or other rights of any third party; contains or promotes violence, drug use, illegal gambling or other criminal activity; contains or promotes any illegal contests or lotteries or any pyramid schemes; or contains or promotes any materials or information which may violate any law, rule or regulation

Children. You may not use any marketing channels or resources that you know or reasonably should know will primarily target individuals under the age of 18.

False Claims. You may not make any guaranty or representation on behalf of an Advertiser or its products or services that has not been approved in writing by such Advertiser in advance. This Code of Conduct is incorporated by reference into the Revenue 500™ Affiliate Program Operating Agreement. This Code of Conduct may be updated by Revenue 500™ at any time.
